Ingredients
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 3 tsp Mill Gap Farms Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- cayenne or ghost pepper powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except pork to make a marinade
- Slice pork and marinate in the marinade mixture for a few hours
- Pan fry the pork tenderloins over medium heat until done
- Pour remaining marinade into pan and scrape any drippings while cooking off any remaining alcohol.
- Serve marinade over pork
